Max International recently brought the biggest assembly of Max International Associates, a 90-strong delegation, on-board the exclusive Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas. It is one of the largest cruise ships in the world! And for 3 fun-filled nights and 4 days, Max’s fleet of Associates enjoyed the ship and the sea and the comradery as it sailed across Singapore to Malaysia and back.
The Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas boasts the first rock climbing wall (mounted on the funnel) AND the first ice-skating rink at sea. It also features exciting amenities such as the Flow Rider. This on-ship waterworld enables the passengers to surf on-board the ship. And, with giant slides located on the topmost deck of the ship, passengers had plenty of water adventures to choose from that kept them happy and laughing.
The ship never sleeps! It also featured second-to-none entertainment programs which the Associates enjoyed every night of the cruise. There were the Ice Skating shows, the Acrobats, the fabulous Musicals, and a powerful Queen tribute, All of these shows were put on by the ship’s own on-board performers. There were also fun classes like basic ballet dancing and ice skating, exciting bar trivia games like Game of Thrones and Harry Potter trivia, and, as expected, nightly parties and mixers!
The ship also treated the Associates to free-flowing food and drinks at the ship’s Main Dining hall, Windjammer Café, and Café Promenae – open 24 hours!
The Associates ventured on 2 offshore excursions – one in Port Kla’ang and one in Malacca, Malaysia.
While docked at Port Kla’ang, Malaysia, the Associates visited a traditional Malaysian home where they were treated to local Malaysian drink teh tarik and other local snacks. They visited Southeast Asia’s second largest mosque—the “Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque”. And, they enjoyed a stroll along their vibrant Indian district where the streets are lined with shop after shop of spices, fine jewelry, colorful saris, and a lot more.
Meanwhile, while tendered at Malacca, Malaysia, the Associates visited a bee farm where they had an exclusive tour and where they were once again treated to local delicacies. The tour also included a stop at the rubber tree and palm oil plantations and a visit to a traditional Malaysian house.
The top qualifiers also enjoyed an additional overnight stay in Singapore. They visited Universal Studios Singapore, rode the Singapore Cable Car—the only cable car that runs within Sentosa, which gave them an amazing aerial view from Mt. Faber and of Harbourfront and Sentosa Island, dined at Good Old Days buffet and enjoyed Wings of Time— an award-winning outdoor night show that is a multi-sensory extravaganza, projected onto a larger-than-life water screen, with the Palawan Beach as the backdrop.
On the final day, the Associates were treated to a stroll inside the Flower Dome—the largest column-less glass greenhouse in the world and the Cloud Forest, both of which are part of the iconic Gardens by the Bay. The experience was capped with a sumptuous authentic Singaporean lunch of Chili Crabs, BBQ Sambal Stingray and other local food at the Newton Hawker Center—a popular hawker center even made more famous by the movie Crazy Rich Asians.
Everyone truly had an amazing time, excited to share their experiences and even more excited to work harder in anticipation of the next Travel Incentive destination: voted as one of the new 7 wonders of the world, the volcanic island of Jeju, South Korea.
Max International Hope’s everyone experiences a fulfilling and exciting life! We reward you for committing to your business and your future. We reward Associates with once -in- a- lifetime experiences and unforgettable adventures to amazing destinations.
