Max International further leveled up their game in the Philippines, as the company gathered almost 700 Associates and guests in Manila and treated them to an unprecedented full day event of fitness activities, Associate recognition, inspirational presentations and of course, the 80’s-90’s music.
Rolling out this year’s theme: Max2.0 Breaking Barriers in 2020, Max International Philippines aims to challenge the Associates achieve significant growth in 2020 by leveling up and pushing the boundaries of limits. The theme, which was very much felt all over the venue, resonated very well with the Associates.
Starting the day with the first ever Max International Philippines Wellness Expo, a half day event that included fun fitness booths, games and exercises and which rewarded the Associates with healthy tokens for participating. To make the morning event livelier, there were also onstage fitness challenges, and of course, 2019’s trending Max 357 Dance challenge.
Morning speakers included key opinion leaders in their fields such as nutritionist Arvin Orajay who is a regular guest nutritionist in morning TV shows, Dr. Amir Farid Isahak who is a very much respected anti-aging expert and health journalist in Malaysia and, of course, 2019 SEA GAMES gold medalist John Leerams “Rambo” Chicano. Chicano is consequently a Max International product enthusiast, regularly taking Cellgevity and ATP. The morning event closed with a widely participated KPOP Zumba Dance number led by 80s dance group Maneuvers dancer Joshua Zamora. The event was hosted by celebrity host Colleen Perez and Diamond Brian Perez.
The Kick Off event in the afternoon opened with the Max2.0 logo reveal video, showcasing the company’s achievements the past 10 years. The video also hinted that there are bigger things to come in 2020.
VP for Asia Joey Sarmiento delivered the 2019 achievements and rolled out the 2020 corporate initiatives and targets. Sarmiento also inspired the Associates to make significant changes to enable equally significant growth in 2020. Meanwhile, motivational speaker Arun Gogna delivered a humorous and inspiring presentation.
The Kick Off event also showcased the best and the brightest Associates for Q3-4 in 2019, by acknowledging the Bronze up to the Diamond Pin Rank Achievers, First Time Consistent Prime Bonus Awardees, Master Leaders-In-Charge and for the first time, an awarding of diamond rings. The Kick Off event was hosted by Bronze Associate Shereen Razon from Nueva Ecija and Joshua Zamora.
