This morning in Salt Lake City there was an earthquake of significant magnitude. The Governor of Utah has since issued a mandate barring anyone from entering downtown Salt Lake City where our offices are located. As a result, Max’s Corporate Office and Call Center are closed and our Customer Care Reps are only able to take a very limited number of phone calls.
Pending further notice, all business transactions can be completed online at www.max.com or through your Virtual Office. These are the most efficient ways to conduct business at this time.
You may call or email your Leadership Support Representative. If you are unable to speak to your representative, then please email him or her with your request. This will help us manage the many transactions we are unable to complete today.
We anticipate that by Friday, March 20, some, if not all, of our Customer Care Reps will be able to assist you.
