**All enrolling or re-enrolling Associates agree to comply with Max’s Policies and Procedures. Associates who have been inactive for 6 months or more are eligible to reactivate their old position, or to open a new position with a new sponsor with the fee waived.

Any returning Associate who requests to select a new position will receive, if approved, an entirely new position under the new sponsor with no downlines or personally sponsored individuals or volume carried over.  This would be a full re-enrollment and requires a start over process.

Re-enrolling Associates may choose to stay within their current placement and keep their downline and any associated volume.
