What Did They Say?

Diamond Leader Global Webinar
(aired May 26 and 27)

A Recap of Best Practices as Presented by
Max’s Diamond Leaders

On May 26 and 27 Max Associates tuned in to Max’s Diamond Leader Global Webinar call featuring Triple Diamonds Jho and Greny Guadamor, Crown Diamond Dr. Bright Wiredu, and Crown Diamonds Chris and Tammy Gingras.

Joe Voyticky hosted the webinar, praising the Diamonds for their exemplary leadership and willingness to share their knowledge, their time, and their business strategies.  “They are here teaching the steps you (Max Associates) can take to be successful”.  Adding to the sentiment, Joe encouraged everyone to help themselves and to help each other, and to utilize the tremendous opportunity.

After his introduction, Joe welcomed Triple Diamonds Jho and Greny Guadamor from the Philippines.

Jho and Greny discovered Max thirteen years ago and now they‘re Triple Diamonds. Part of their success comes from what they call The CHAMPION Mindset.

What is The CHAMPION Mindset?

MINDSET is the collection of thoughts and beliefs that shape your thought habits. For Jho and Greny, ATTITUDE affects everything, including success. If you want to be successful, then you need to have the mindset of a Champion.

CHAMPION

  • Commitment
  • Hard work
  • Attitude
  • Mentor
  • Platform
  • Integrity
  • Opportunity: Find It
  • Never Give Up

A Champion Mindset Includes

  • Positive Attitude
  • Gratitude
  • Patience
  • Persistence
  • Flexibility to Learn
  • Flexibility to Unlearn
  • Working hard to duplicate, duplicate, duplicate

Crown Diamond Dr. Bright Wiredu, who joined Max in 2014, presented next. His ascent to the Diamond ranks established him as an exemplary leader and role model for Associates not only in Ghana, but also the entire Max world. The information he shares includes what he calls Meaningful Specifics.

What are The Meaningful Specifics?

As an Associate, it is important for you to be:

  • Sincere
  • Genuine
  • Empathic
  • Patient
  • Compassionate
  • A Problem Solver

Your prospects should be:

  • Interested
  • In need or hungry for success, ambitious, enthusiastic
  • Willing to learn and grow

Dr. Bright said difficult times present unique opportunities to meet people. When prospecting, show people that you are a problem solver who genuinely cares about each person’s situation or struggle. Be aware of individual skill sets and how to best manage how to train each team member to be able to duplicate the way you want them to duplicate.

The last presenters were Crown Diamonds Chris and Tammy Gingras of Canada. With Max for more than thirteen years, they have a complete understanding of how to achieve success no matter what challenges they face. They said it is during the challenging times that they evolve and discover new ways to create success. Given that, they shared their Strategies for Success.
