How do we put a value on Customer Service? Customer Service has a far reaching impact on any business. In fact, everyone in a company is involved in Customer Service, not just those amazing people who answer the phones every day or meet Customers at the front desk.
Each employee has an opportunity to serve co-workers and vendors, etc. Also, every touch an Associate or Customer has with the Company is important and makes up the total experience of the Customer; from the website experience to the shipment, to the marketing communications, all the way to that important phone call to Customer Support.
