2018 Destined for Diamond: Asia
More than 50 Max Associates from the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore attended last month’s Max International 2018 Destined for Diamond (D4D): Asia exclusive training event. From October 16 – 20, 2018, these dedicated and determined Associates enjoyed D4D in none other than…
The Land of Smiles—Thailand!
D4D is an exclusive retreat — a Max Recognition Reward trip and Training Program designed specifically for qualified Gold and Platinum Associates.
The program offers top-level training and skills they use to rise to Diamond ranks. This year’s theme was The Amazing Race to Diamond. The ‘gamified’ training became a whole new level of training. It was experiencing training and learning – the fun way.
Seven key leadership topics were reinforced during the training:
- Diamond Mindset
- Strategies on how to become a Diamond
- Sharing the Max Opportunity
- Basics of Mentoring
- Plan of Action
The speakers include
Double Diamond Associates:
- Bernie Yalung
- Greny Guadamor
- Erick Lovitos
- Precy Macasero
- Eden and Daniel Hinnong
- Ruby Paclipan
- Robert Chan from Malaysia.
Apart from the gamified training, the participants enjoyed a well-deserved R&R interspersed during their stay in Bangkok—starting with a luxurious hotel accommodation at the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. They also experienced a variety of cultural activities offering the best of Bangkok City: a city tour covering the popular spots such as the Grand Palace, key temples including the Marble Temple, Wat Pho and the Emerald Buddha, boat ride (and shopping) along the famous Floating Market, Elephant ride at the Elephant Sanctuary and more shopping in the best and biggest malls in Bangkok. They were also treated to the best Thai cuisine in various restaurants, and finally, a dinner cruise on the third night with exquisite Thai entertainment!
With such an amazing experience which is one for the books, the Associates went back more motivated to build their Max business and are looking forward to their next rank advancements and travels. For more photos of the D4D, check out www.facebook.com/officialmaxinternationalph.
